Return and Refund Policy

TungCare products are personal-care items and are non-returnable.

All TungCare products are non-returnable after delivery because they are personal-care products.

A replacement may be provided if a product is damaged during transit. Please contact support promptly with your order details and clear photos or video of the damaged package and product.

Orders are non-refundable after successful delivery. A refund may be reviewed only when an order is not delivered.

Only prepaid orders are accepted. Cash on Delivery is not available.
